Susan Kliewer - Putter Man

Putter Man is a Koshare (Hopi clown) that the sculptor saw performing at a Kachina dance at Moenkopi, where the mother of one of Kliewer's friends lives.

Putter Man is part of a series of sculptures derived from Koshares that Kliewer has seen at Moenkopi. The other pieces in the series are:
