Vintage Cheyenne or Arapaho Beaded Leather Moccasins Displayed in Shadowbox c. 1885-1895

Incased in a 12" x 12" x 3" frame in museum glass, acid-free mat board, and linen. Sewn onto back with a clear fishing line. The moccasins measure 8" long by 2.75" wide. Ex Texas collection. The owner inherited this item from their parents, who had it hung in their cottage that was built in Northern Michigan in the year 1902.
