Santana worked with Maria Martinez (1887-1980) for for 15 years, rare to find pieces signed only by Santana. Pair of black burnished candlesticks with twist design. This pottery is in very good condition. There is minor surface wear, and one of the candlesticks has a slight crack at the top. Signed "Santana." Acquired from a private collection in Arizona.
